How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

• Processing takes up to 3-5 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner. Some processes can take up to about 5-7 days depending on the type of order; for example wig orders.
• Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available within 24 - 48 hours.

Orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges.

Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact Fedex for further details once you receive tracking number.
